The service launched with almost 500 movies and 7,500 episodes of TV shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and other iconic brands. Disney has confirmed that the date change also extends to Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland. The company plans to expand Disney+'s availability to other Western Europe markets, including Belgium, Portugal, and the Nordics sometime in Summer 2020 as well.
At launch, those signing up will have instant access to numerous shows including access to the critically acclaimed "The Mandalorian", which comes from executive producer and writer Jon Favreau.

The price brings it in cheaper than rivals Netflix, with Disney+ allowing four concurrent streams and up to seven user profiles, with wide support for devices allowing access to the streaming service.
