Gwozdz, known as "Tyler G." to Bachelorette fans, appeared briefly on the show's fifteenth season in 2019. He was an early favorite and even landed the first one-on-one date with Hannah, but he abruptly left the show during the third episode, with no explanation given to viewers.
The Reddit user then called ABC and producers out, saying, "Why are they doing Hannah like this?"
He added that the reason his actual exit wasn't aired was to respect his privacy. Gwozdz referred to the anonymous accusations as "totally unsubstantiated rumors".
Tyler continued, "Above everything else I am a son to my mother".
"The rumors are so far out of the realm of my personality and values that it seems silly to waste time denying, but I suppose I will for the record", he told Refinery29. "BUT I will be alright".
He later explained in a statement that both he and Bachelorette producers came to the decision for him to leave the show, and it was the best decision that could have been made. He was also a member of the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity.
