The decision came after another troubling video Brown posted to social media where he could be seen berating the mother of his children and cursing out cops outside his home on Instagram.
Brown, 31, wasn't on an active roster for most of the 2019 season.

He had a workout with the New Orleans Saints but was not signed, leading Brown to characterize the workout as a publicity stunt.
