But no brand of liquid or device has been identified as a culprit. The newer cartridges contained the compound vitamin E acetate, but none of the older samples did. Many obtained their product that contained THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, throughinformal sourcessuch as friends or in-person or online dealers.
