"You're being asked to ignore the evidence ... and a timeline made up by Krystal Lee", he told jurors. He said that's because all the evidence was surrounded by the testimony of one individual who gave the particulars of who, what, when, where, and how things happened.
During rebuttal, prosecutor Dan May said Kenney "turned against" Frazee.
