Craig Silverman hosted "The Craig Silverman Show", which aired Saturday mornings on 710 KNUS, a conservative radio station.Denver's Fox 31 reported that Silverman was sacked after airing a segment about Roy Cohn, a ruthless attorney who had little to no regard to ethical guidelines in his work and represented the Trump family in the 1970s.
"You're done", Michaels told Silverman, a former chief deputy district attorney in Denver, according to the report.
Silverman, who had hosted The Craig Silverman Show on Saturday mornings at the station for more than five years, told The Post that his last segment before he was taken off the air had been to "observe how toxic Trump is in Colorado".
Colorado State Rep. Dylan Roberts responded to Silverman's firing by saying it was a "sad day for Colorado and the First Amendment".
He also took to Twitter after his sudden dismissal to say he would not "toe strict Trump party line". "I call things as I see them", he wrote on Twitter. I see corruption and blatant dishonesty by President and his cronies. I see inform truth and bullying/smearing of heroes w/courage to take oath. "She inspired me. She was an outstanding witness, but if nobody on radio talks about it, how are the American people going to understand?"

"I can not and will not toe strict Trump party line".
Silverman, a former Trump supporter who voted for the Republican in 2016, says he had been discussing the president's former personal attorney Roy Cohn when he was suddenly stopped.
In a text to 9NEWS Saturday, Silverman said he "despised the smears" leveled against William Taylor, the US Ambassador to Ukraine; Marie Yovanovitch, the former USA ambassador to Ukraine; and George Kent, a top State Department official.
He reportedly wrote: 'Yovanovitch is an American hero.
Silverman told 9NEWS he expressed his displeasure with "Trump's smear tweets, especially the one while she [Yovanovitch] was testifying". @craigscolorado was a great, honest voice on the radio.
KNUS is owned by Salem Media Group. Salem got rid of @MedvedSHOW because he wouldn't worship Trump & they pressured me to worship Trump. Each time, I asked Joe if any other Salem host had invited him on.
