Okami fans got very excited when its director Hideki Kamiya revealed "Okami is going to be back", though there's plenty of reason to take this tease with a grain of salt. Nakamura asks "really?" Kamiya confirms: "really". The two then break into laughter as the video is cut.
While the apparent "confirmation" of a new Okami probably isn't entirely serious, it seems the developers' desire to make it is. Still, that hasn't stopped the tweet from causing waves around the web, with thousands of people now whipped up over the thought of a potential sequel.

The new tweet sees Nakamura stood alongside industry veteran Hideki Kamiya, who directed the original Okami for PlayStation 2 back in 2006. "I want to work on it too!" I don't understand budgets and politics.
