The Duke said he suffers constant flashbacks to the "bad stuff" as a result of his public role in the Royal Family, saying being in front of the cameras forces him to endure the "worst reminders" of her life. Tom also spoke to Meghan about the pressures of living in the spotlight. "Harry said he'd had no hair for five months, but Meghan told him she had taken him to the playgroup and she said there were other children there with the same amount of hair or even less".
Harry is very protective of his wife.
"It was a journey but not always the one I was expecting", he said.
Meghan said he has [strawberry blonde hair] and Harry said he definitely is, you can see it in his eyebrows.
As Meghan and their son Archie stayed in South Africa, Harry visited Malawi, Botswana and Angola, where he highlighted his mother's anti-landmine work. The Duke admitted in the interview, "Being here [in Africa] now 22 years later trying to finish what she started will be incredibly emotional, but everything I do reminds me of her".
"It was a fascinating journey in all kinds of ways, uplifting in parts but also sobering as I gradually took in the pressure and stress he is carrying around with him, particularly surrounding the death of his mother".
