It seems that Google sees software as one way to really make its Pixel phone series stand apart. From price for different models to key software features, we already know nearly everything about the new Google phones. The Pixel 4, however, gets the shorter end of the stick.
Right now you can get the Google Assistant to start listening to you with a button push, or by stating "hey Google", or by squeezing the sides of your phone- but the Pixel 4 series is being tipped to introduce a new method of triggering the app. With that being said, Google is gearing for the launch of its latest Pixel 4 smartphone lineup which will be unveiled on the 15th of October.
Leakster Evan Blass suggests, Google is planning on launching the Pixel 4 in Canada at a price of CAD 1049.95.

Meanwhile, the Pixel 4 XL will be available at CAD$1,199.95 for the 64GB variant and the 128GB model will be priced at CAD$1,359.95. Additionally, the phone will also boast a motion-sensing radar called Soli that allows for the support of hand gestures. While we weren't quite sure initially who Google was making this for, it's clear that the Pixel 3a family fits nicely into the sub-$500 category, which doesn't have a lot of quality options. Even at $460, without the extra savings, the price is still great for one of the top phones of 2018, and one of the best camera experiences on mobile devices.
The most expensive Pixel 4 variant will be the Pixel 4 XL with 128GB of storage. In other words, Google may simply elect to bump the Pixel 4's price by $50 in the U.S.as well.
What's even more impressive is that the phone is capable of capturing the night sky in all its starry glory. After all, all things being equal, the two have similar core specs, including the Snapdragon 855, not the Plus variant, 6 GB of RAM, and a "Pixel Neural Core" that utilizes machine learning and AI for various functions, like camera image processing. The Pixel Buds 2, Pixelbook Go, a new Nest WiFi, and a Nest-branded successor to the Google Home Mini are also expected to be unveiled at the event.
