According to previous reports, Google planned to launch a subscription service for apps and games on the Play Store named Google Play Pass. It wasn't until August, that screenshots of a beta test version of Google Play Service were leaked. Apple claims that no games service has ever launched as many games at once.
Apple's App Store is already a major distribution platform for games, offering some 300,000 free and paid games. Several premium apps like Spotify could potentially come under the Play Pass, thus widening the umbrella of services it can provide.

Luckily, when Google Play Pass first surfaced last month, we saw a number of screenshots that told us how the service works and even previewed some of the apps that will be included.
If you have any of the apps that have been listed, we recommend that you delete them immediately. However, while Apple Arcade is planned to have exclusive games from major developers, there's no way of knowing if that will be the case with Play Pass.
Google Play Pass was first reported back in October a year ago.
