The National Award winners this year also include Telugu film "Mahanati", Kannada film "Nathicharami" and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's controversial "Padmaavat".
Head of the jury, Rahul Rawail, announced the awards today for 31 categories.

Actor Surekha Sikri also won the award for best supporting actor (female) for her role in the 2018 blockbuster film. Arijit Singh has been awarded the best male playback singer.
