The Duchess than shared a story about how a dinner lady in a United States school would write messages on fruit for her pupils each day, to which she then chose to try out the generous method at One25, infamously writing messages of support on bananas.

According to new reports, Meghan Markle is once again straying a little bit from royal conduct by supposedly hiring a doula, aka a birthing partner, to help her welcome her and Prince Harry's first addition to the family.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have hired a doula, a birthing assistant who provides support to a woman before and during birth.

The Duchess took inspiration from a canteen manager in the USA, who wrote affirmations on bananas to make school children feel empowered.

In black ink, she wrote phrases such as "You are special", "You are strong", and "You are fearless", on bananas. "I have an idea", she said, according to the Daily Mail.

He asked his co-hosts, "If you'd been advising Meghan Markle before this, would you have said maybe not the bananas?" The sweet gesture was not met with appreciation from one sex worker.

During the breakfast show, he said: "Giving a sex worker a banana is clearly exposing them to potential mockery".

"When you're on the stage, you can't be like, you know, fucking around on the stage", the teen said to the royal couple.

Before Meghan Markle was a royal and had to delete all of her social media accounts, the actress had a lifestyle blog called The Tig where she wrote candidly about things like how hard her twenties were and how being biracial affected her growing up.

A source previously told Us Weekly that the former Suits star is "full of energy and in good spirits" as she enters the final half of her pregnancy. "He's keeping an eye on her to ensure she doesn't overwork because she's not the best at knowing when to put the brakes on - that'll be Harry's job", the source told Us. "He'll make sure she's not doing too much as they enter the final weeks". "She's acting great at the moment".
