Coming to Nintendo Switch later this year, Sword and Shield will take place in a brand new location.
Nintendo wasn't ready to share a release date for the two games yet, but the good news is that both titles are slated to release simultaneously in late 2019.
With stunning graphics and a return to the beloved battle system, it seems likely that Sword & Shield will mark another hit for the series. They will not be alone, since the newly discovered Pokemon they choose to be their first partner will be by their side.
You'll visit the various Gyms in the region, and work your way to becoming Champion. This leak got a lot of other details wrong, but it's probably not a coincidence that the two leaks talk about this new mechanic.
Grookey will be the Chimp Pokemon and will be your choice if you're looking for the grass-type.
