Indian troops have arrested over 200 Kashmiris, including JKLF Chairman Yasin Malik.
Following the home ministry's order for deployment of additional paramilitary forces in the state, raids were carried out at the homes of Hurriyat and other leaders with many detained arrested including JKLF chief Yasin Malik.
Police also swooped in on Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir members in Kashmir during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday.
Mufti took to Twitter to express her anger over the arrests of several key Jamaat leaders.
Later, in multiple raids, the police rounded up 30 members of the socio-religious group JeI, including its chief Dr. Abdul Hamid Fayaz, spokesman Zahid Ali, former secretary general Ghulam Qadir Lone and Anantnag head Abdur Rouf.
