Officially labeled as the Resident Evil 2 1-Shot Demo, players have to finish its mission objective in the aforementioned 30 minutes with unlimited tries until the full 30 minutes have been exhausted. If you beat the mission in under 30 minutes, you'll be able to go back and use up your time. On February 7, 2019, people will be able to test out an entirely new demo on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Interestingly, completing the demo also reveals a new cinematic trailer, but you have to make it in time. If players succumb to the zombies during their 30 minutes, they can continue any number of times until the full 30 minutes have been reached. Like all demos, this playable period prior to launch will be available for a very limited amount of time.
Players will be put in the shoes of rookie cop Leon Kennedy as he explores the terror that has overtaken Raccoon City Police Department.
Once you complete the demo, you'll get to view an exclusive new cinematic trailer. End of. This demo is set to drop this coming Friday, January 11th, on PS4, Xbox and PC (Steam).
