Despite the airline asking it to call it off, the Irish Airline Pilots' Association (IALPA) has told Ryanair that its strike notice for 12 July still stands, unless agreement is reached on its key demands for a seniority agreement.
The airline has said only flights between Ireland and the United Kingdom will be affected.
It was also announced last week that cabin crews in Portugal, Italy, Spain and Belgium were also set to strike in solidarity with their colleagues.
It added: "These coordinated strike threats are created to cause unnecessary disruption to customers and damage Ryanair's low-fare model, for the benefit of high-fare competitor airlines in Ireland and Germany".
"It is unacceptable that competitor airline pilots are actively organising strikes by Ryanair's pilots when these airlines will be the direct beneficiaries of any such disruption", Ryanair said.
The strike, which begins at 1am tomorrow, will be the first by Irish-based pilots in the budget airline's history.
It said these are routes where customers could transfer "readily" to other flights today, tomorrow or at the weekend.
A negotiating team from the airline is meeting pilot union representatives for talks today, but the union said the strike was still likely to go ahead. It said it has "already engaged in extensive negotiations with national cabin crew unions across Europe during which all of these, and other issues, are being negotiated". This makes it hard for Ryanair to plan ways to work around the strike, and it means that a huge number of consumers could be affected too.

O'Leary said European air traffic controller are "approaching the point of meltdown".
The airline said it was doing this to limit the disruption to high frequency British-Irish routes.
"The thing most impacting is ATC strikes and the ongoing ATC environment, which is a mess".
They also confirmed that not all United Kingdom bound flights would be affected and there will be opportunity to rebook on alternative flights or apply for a refund.
One begged: "Where can we find exact details on the next week flight plans in and out of Ireland during the strike?"
If you're booked on another flight it does not mean you're out of the woods yet though.
There has also been no confirmation on the number of services which will be cancelled by the industrial action or number of passengers who will be affected.
