Apple working on MacBooks with flexible hinges, reveals patent

According to interlocutors of the edition, the debut product line is the working title of the N84 and can be either Mac-based ARM chip, or a laptop running iOS. From what we can tell, it sounds like a new MacBook that combines features of iOS and macOS and is also expected to run on an ARM processor, something that we've actually been hearing about for a while now. It is reported that the future new encrypted under the code name - "Star" ("Star").
The device is now in the prototyping stage and is being manufactured by Apple supplier Pegatron in China. Presently, Mac uses Intel processors and recently the Cupertino titan announced that by 2020 it will shift Macs to its own processor. Besides, it will also be water resistant and runs a specification called Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI) boot system used in Macs. So if you're now looking to buy a new MacBook, you might want to hold that thought for a few days.
Details on the new computer, which is reportedly going through a prototype phase, are scarce, but there are a few interesting snippets of information that could tell us what to expect from the new Apple computer when launched in the coming years.
There is a strong rumor that the Apple project Star could be the first ARM-based Mac.

Steve Hemmerstoffer, another gadgets leaker, completely discard 9to5Mac reports. Given Apple's current designs, it's unlikely that the company would be OK with the somewhat awkward gap that device has even when closed.

Right off the bat, we need to mention that all hints are pointing towards a WWDC 2018 launch for Apple's upcoming MacBook models. For now, the brand is concentrating on the WWDC 2018 which is taking place on June 4.
