Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed the Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ bundle during an investor's call today, thus providing further insight into the titan company's plans for the future of streaming. The bundle seems like a good deal, as it costs $5 less than if you subscribed to these services separately.
That's nearly twice the monthly fee that Disney projected in April, when the company said the Disney Plus alone would cost $6.99 per month, or well below the $12.99 monthly fee charged by Netflix for its most popular streaming plan. "For example, reimagining "Home Alone, ' "Night at the Museum, ' 'Cheaper by the Dozen" and 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid" for a new generation on Disney+".
When Disney+ was announced Disney said that the service would first come to Roku and the PlayStation 4.
Disney "hamstrung Netflix by announcing a bundle of Disney+ and ESPN+ and ad-supported Hulu at the same price point", said Kamal Khan, analyst at Investing.com.

Kieran Tierney: Arsenal to make final push for Celtic left-back
Tierney's future doesn't look particularly certain at the moment and a move to Arsenal seems to be well touted right now. If Arsenal are able to secure the services of Tierney he would be Unai Emery's fifth signing of the summer window.
Putting this into perspective, Netflix's most basic plan costs $8.99/month and doesn't include high-definition video; customers who want 4K content will need to pay $15.99/month (Disney+ will include 4K HDR).
Similarly, plans for the global roll-out of Disney+ also remain minimal, though Iger pointed out that the service will launch in two markets in November, when the platform debuts.
We're not even through with the third quarter of the year and Walt Disney Studios has already grossed a record-breaking $12 billion at the global box office. ESPN+ now costs $4.99 while Hulu's ad-supported plan costs $5.99.
Disney+ will feature an extensive library of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic content, including exclusive Marvel shows like Hawkeye, Loki, WandaVision, The Falcon and The Winter Solider, and What If...? Not to mention that, aside from Disney+, WarnerMedia has HBO Max set to launch early next year, and NBC also has an unnamed streaming service on the way.
