The equally anticipated Xiaomi Mi A3 has gone up for sale after floating around the rumor mill for quite some time and making several appearances online in the form of leaks. This will succeed its current Mi A2 that was launched a year ago.
The news comes from Xiaomi Product Management Director, Donovan Sung who took to Twitter to announce that it had been a year since the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite Android One phones were announced. According to a new report by Ishan Agarwal, the former is codenamed as bamboo_sprout and will be powered by a Snapdragon 730 processor. The Lite variant with codename cosmos_sprout will be equipped with Snapdragon 675 chipset.
