Bellon said in a court declaration. The decision to file again was made "after the implementation of numerous cost-reduction measures" and prior store closings, the company said in the DE court filing Thursday.
"These efforts simply were not sufficient to stabilize the Debtors' businesses and ensure long-term profitability", Bellon said. The stores are generally located in malls, street-level shops and outlets.
