For now, this VR headset will be only going on sale in North America.
Months after unveiling the Vive Focus Plus standalone VR headset with 6-DoF Controllers, HTC has announced the Vive Pro Eye VR headset with eye-tracking technology and Dynamic Training. They're two different classes of VR headsets.
The Pro Eye, of course, adds the eye-tracking, OLED displays instead of AMOLED and some headphone ergonomic improvements to justify its loftier price tag.
Other features of the Vive Pro Eye headset include heat-mapping, foveated rendering, "gaze-oriented menu navigation", and virtual collaboration enhancements. Kainos is a British digital solutions company that was using Vive Pro Eye to demonstrate an AI driving tool, which could analyse and collect insights into driver behaviour - essentially a more advanced hazard awareness test.

United Nations envoy Jolie meets Colombian president over Venezuelan migrant kids
But Maduro dismissed the aid as an infringement on Venezuela's sovereignty and prohibited it from entering. Duque said he hoped Jolie's visit would alert the world to the seriousness of the migration crisis.
Still, the comparison will be made and for most people, buying a Vive Pro Eye doesn't make any sense.
That said, if you want the best VR headset HTC is selling, the Vive Pro Eye looks pretty solid. As the name gives out, the headset holds an eye-tracking technology developed by Tobii.
Additionally, eye-tracking could provide people with disabilities with an alternative way to control things in VR if they're not able to use the Vive's standard hand controllers. HTC claims that the new Vive VR headset, meant for professional VR use cases, will drastically enhance the user experience by eliminating the need for controllers and using the eye movements for executing commands, which can prove to be particularly useful when it comes to VR gaming.
Like all PC-based VR, the HTC Vive Pro Eye is for enthusiasts invested heavily in VR for the long haul.
