Whitney Houston will live on as a hologram. Primary Wave will acquire 50 percent of the estate's assets, including Houston's royalties from music and film, and merchandising, as well as the right to use her name and likeness.
The choice to launch a hologram tour comes as part of an exclusive deal Houston's estate signed with Primary Wave Music Publishing, a boutique music and marketing company based in NY.
The agreement will bring Primary Wave a profit share in Houston's hit films The Bodyguard (both the film and musical), Waiting To Exhale, The Preacher's Wife, Cinderella, and Sparkle.
Mestel also confirmed that Primary Wave will be considerate about which branding deals they pursue.

In a statement, the company promised the show would be an "awe-inspiring live theatrical concert that will celebrate her wonderful life, work and everlasting legacy".
"Whitney was America's sweetheart, and the idea now is to remind people that that is what her legacy is", said Mestel.
For the present, however, "The hologram has taken precedence over everything", she said.
Whitney is a Grammy-award winning singer whose list of hits include Saving All My Love For You, The Greatest Love Of All, How Will I Know, and Didn't We Almost Have It all.
Pat Houston - the chart-busting diva's sister-in-law and estate executor - told the New York Times on Monday that a musical featuring Whitney's music has also been proposed. Other iconic musicians who have been digitally resurrected with the technology include Tupac Shakur, Frank Zappa, Roy Orbison and Maria Callas. "People had forgotten how great she was. They let all the personal things about her life outweigh why they fell in love with her in the first place".
The hologram was planned for a 2016 episode of "The Voice" for a duet with Christina Aguilera, but never came to fruition because it wasn't ready.
