The D.A.'s office has chose to share the case to the Grand Jury, which indicted Holder on the 4 previous crimes - murder, 2 counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
According to TMZ, the D.A.'s office chose to have a grand jury indict Holder-who was originally indicted in April-because they wanted to skip the preliminary hearing for his trial.
Holder fled the scene and was arrested two days later in Bellflower.
