He said his friends and neighbors had come together to clean up the memorial and the park.
In taking the high road, Clopp told The Post that he hopes Bryan Bellace and Flippen get whatever help they need.
'He brought people together and he has accomplished that again.
Bellace told the news outlet he's reached out to Clopp to apologize for his actions. The most intelligent thing to do is to put it behind us.
The father of the boy whose memorial was urinated on has forgiven the man responsible and called the incident a "teachable moment".
