In the lawsuit, Walton, recently hired as the head coach of the Sacramento Kings, is accused of assaulting former Spectrum SportsNet host Kelli Tennant at a hotel during his time as an assistant for the Golden State Warriors.
Tennant filed a lawsuit on Monday accusing Walton of assaulting her in a Santa Monica hotel room during his tenure as an assistant coach for the Golden State Warriors. Tennant, according to the suit, received "mentorship and advice" from Walton, whom she viewed as "a trusted colleague, mentor and even friend".
Since news of the lawsuit broke, Ms Tennant, a former volleyball player for the University of Southern California, had her Instagram page flooded with comments, many of them abusive.
"The accuser is an opportunist, not a victim, and her claim is not credible", Baute said in a statement.
After Walton was named head coach of the Lakers in 2016, Tennant was promoted to a full-time Lakers reporter for the network and had to interact with him repeatedly at practice, as well as before and after games. She drove to the hotel to give him a copy of the book. "We are aware of the report and are gathering additional information". "Defendant Walton then began forcing kisses on her neck, face and chest".
The alleged incident took place several years ago, before Walton was the Kings coach.
After he invited her to his room, Tennant says Walton pinned her down and tried to force himself upon her.
Official Statement: Microsoft Sets not confirmed cancelled
So tabs are still on the agenda, but Sets, as we knew it (such as it was), is now gone the way of Clippy and Live Wallpapers. Dubbed "Sets", the feature was set to increase productivity by essentially adding tabs into apps.

I think I have been very lucky so far with the amount of injuries that I have had and the amount of games that I have missed.
Twitter Crushes Earnings, and Trump Takes Credit
Twitter has also faced intense pressure from governments around the world to remove "hate speech" and incitements to violence. Twitter's global user base appeared to show modest growth even as the company transitions to a different way of measuring it.
Tennant said she was finally able to get out of the room.
The 6-foot-8-inch Walton played for the Lakers from 2003 through 2012 and was a member of their 2009 and 2010 championship teams.
"At no time before or during his employment here was this allegation reported to the Lakers", it said. He was a member of Steve Kerr's staff from 2014-16.
ESPN cited sources in reporting that the National Basketball Association opened an investigation into the case, although the league hasn't officially commented.
Tennant claims in the court papers that Walton groped her breasts and groin area, and that he "laughed at her pleas to stop". After he stopped serving as an analyst, Walton offered Tennant "advice and mentorship", according to the lawsuit. "By way of this lawsuit, Ms. Tennant is speaking out and saying #timesup to the culture of abusing women in the National Basketball Association". "Since Luke Walton is now under contract to another team, we will have no further comment".
Today, Sam Amick of The Athletic reported that the Lakers and Jeanie Buss actually sat down with Walton after the season and offered to keep him around.
Tennant left her job shortly thereafter and has not returned to TV work.
