KCRA-TV's Michelle Dapper tweeted four pages from the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, which outlined Tennant's relationship with Walton and detailed the alleged sexual assault, although it didn't provide the exact date of the incident. She said Walton requested a meeting with her at his hotel after she wanted him to write a foreword to a book she was writing.

He declined to disclose whether she reported the alleged sexual assault to police.

Walton has yet to comment on the allegations detailed in the lawsuit.
