It's an excellent companion to Microsoft's Game Pass (which may soon be bundled with Xbox Live) allowing new console owners to download and play from a rotating list of hundreds of increasingly awesome games. Codenamed "Xbox Maverick", the system has been the subject of several leaks over the past few weeks, with the basic details being the removal of the disc drive in favor of a hard drive.
The All Digitial Xbox One S will fulfil Microsoft's original vision of the Xbox One, that being a device which relies only on digital media and requires a broadband connection to get games and other media.Читайте также: Afghan security forces kill 27 Taliban militants
According to the leak, the all-digital Xbox One S will cost about $250. The rumour was given a second dose of validity when Windows Central corroborated those rumours last month, saying that it'd be called the "Xbox One S All-Digital Edition", and would be available after a "near-global simultaneous launch" in early May.
It is also worth noting that it will come pre-installed with Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, and Forza Horizon 3, which is a nice way to put the cherry on top of this deal. It will also contain 1TB of storage. Furthermore, the console will come with one Xbox One S controller as previous Xbox One consoles have. Microsoft is hosting an Inside Xbox event on April 16th and this may be where the company announces the new hardware. But the console will start shipping later and arrive first on May 7. This is is too high considering an Xbox One S bundle costs $248 now.При любом использовании материалов сайта и дочерних проектов, гиперссылка на обязательна.
