Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. This is DiCaprio's first film since his long-awaited Oscar win for The Revenant in 2015, and his second collaboration with Tarantino, who last directed him in Django Unchained. Margot Robbie plays Sharon Tate, with Emile Hirsch, Timothy Olyphant, Kurt Russell, Bruce Dern, Damian Lewis, Dakota Fanning and the late Luke Perry also featuring. DiCaprio and Pitt will play Tate's neighbours, an actor and his stunt coordinator based on Burt Reynolds and Hal Needham.
Leonardo as Rick Dalton and Brad as Cliff Booth, Once Upon In Hollywood goes on to tell the unfortunate story of a criminal act in 1969 in Hollywood that had spoken the whole world then. The duo live next door to Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie, pitch-perfect casting) and Roman Polanski (Rafał Zawierucha), which means at some point their plan to break into the movie business will clash with Tate's murder at the hands of the Manson family cult.
