- Wells Fargo says it's experiencing a nationwide issue related to its online banking and mobile app.
The bank apologized to customers for any inconvenience caused by the system issues, and said it would reverse any Wells Fargo fees incurred as a result of the issues.
"We're experiencing a system issue that is causing intermittent outages, and we're working to restore services as soon as possible", the bank's site said.

Wells Fargo on Thursday blamed the technical issues on smoke, which was "detected following routine maintenance".
