The 68th All-Star game will take place at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C., on February 17 at 8 p.m. ET on TNT. Antetokounmpo seems all but a lock and LeBron will undoubtedly field votes, but others like James Harden figure to play prominently in media and player voting out West. Every voter will complete one full ballot featuring two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference. Giannis Antetokounmpo leads all Eastern Conference vote-getters. Unlike last season, though, the actual selection of the teams will reportedly be televised. Golden State's Steph Curry leads all Western Conference guards with just over 2 million votes while Kevin Durant is sitting at No. 4 among Western Conference frontcourt players.
Celtics guard Kyrie Irving (2,381,901) remains third in overall voting. Coaches will determine the reserves.
TNT will reveal All-Star Game starters, including the two captains, on Thursday, Jan. 24 during their pregame show.
