LG first showed off a prototype, rollable OLED TV at last year's CES, but the OLED TV R is the first model we've seen that appears to be a consumer product (though LG has not yet announced pricing or availability).

Julia Goerges rallies past teen Bianca Andreescu to retain Auckland title
The No. 14 ranked Goerges defeated the 18-year-old Andreescu (2-6, 7-5, 6-1) to capture the title for the second year in a row. In an extremely one-sided contest, she went 4-0 up and converted the first set point with a ripping forehand victor .
What is more, the OLED TV R has a functional mode that makes it act as a menu bar.
The TV consists of a large base stand which represents the audio system as well as the innards into which the actual OLED panel can roll itself down into.
What is whopping 88-inch in size and comes with a mind-boggling 8K resolution? "The panel is of 65" dimensions - we now don't have any more information about the technical specifcations of the panel, other than it is seemingly powered by LG's newly announced second generation Alpha9 SoC. It will also be Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit enabled, like other 2019 LG TVs. The Alexa integration lets supported LG TVs function like a smart display or Fire TV device, showing information retrieved by Alexa on the screen and easily accessing Amazon Prime Music and Video content. The 2019 OLED and Nanocell LCD TVs also support the WISA speaker standard, letting users build their own wireless surround sound systems with an adapter.
