Mr Barson, 78, died 13 days after the crash and his wife suffered a broken arm and other injuries. His family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Williams, citing negligence.
The crash occurred in June 2017 when the vehicle of Linda Barson careered into the right side of Williams' auto as the 5-time Wimbledon victor drove through an intersection in Palm Beach Gardens.
Court filings from last week show that the case was dismissed with prejudice after a settlement was reached between Williams and Barson's estate, but the settlement amount was not listed. No criminal charges were filed.
Police had said Williams had failed to yield the right-of-way.
