Arizona's Senate race isn't over.
On her verified campaign Twitter account Monday, McSally congratulated Sinema. That forced her to move to the right, especially on immigration.

On the other hand, McSally was hurt by her vote to strip people of coverage for pre-existing conditions, something she tried to deny. The win comes despite President Donald Trump and Republicans pushing false conspiracy theories about why ballots in Arizona were taking so long to count.
McSally's campaign and state-level GOP officials ignored national Republicans' tactics of casting doubt on the election's results. He strongly backed last year's tax cut bill but criticized Trump's positions on free trade.
