According to a Bloomberg report, Apple said that the screen on some iPhone X units does not respond to touch or responds intermittently when touched.
It's unclear how widespread the problem is, but an online search provides more than a few instances of iPhone X users complaining about the responsiveness of their iPhone X screens. The servicing is done through Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
