Nana Patekar finally addresses the media in Tanushree Dutta's harassment controversy

Nana Patekar addressed Tanushree Dutta sexual harassment claims on Monday afternoon with a one line comment to the media.
Refusing to answer questions, Patekar said his lawyer has advised him to not speak to television channels, reported ABP News.
"What was true yesterday, remains true even today".

Nana Patekar excused himself from giving any statement. Patekar was shooting for the upcoming film Housefull 4 in Jodhpur, and landed in Mumbai on Saturday.
Tanushree Dutta has accused Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her on the sets of "Horn Ok Pleassss" in 2008 during a song shoot. Nana Patekar's lawyer has already sent a legal notice the actress for maligning the image of his client and has demanded publicly apology from her.
Ganesh Acharya also denied the incident. According to sources, Akshay's complaint states that the video was taken during a media interaction where he was asked about another actor but it was edited in a way that it appears as if he's speaking against Tanushree Dutta. She claimed that the film's producer, director and choreographer were complicit in her harassment. The latest update is that Tanushree Dutta is now planning to file an FIR after a decade and her lawyer has further warned that if the actress doesn't get to do, he will approach the High Court. "I said this ten years ago. a lie is a lie (Dus saal pehle bol chuka hoon, ab jo jhoot hai woh jhoot hai')", Patekar told reporters at the Mumbai airport. "I'll hold a press conference soon".
