On Monday the New York Police Department says after reviewing other footage, such as this new video angle, that they have enough evidence to charge nine members of the right-wing group Proud Boys and three protesters with various counts of rioting, assault, and attempted assault. Hate has no place in NY. Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson is seen engaging in the brawl while wearing an orange shirt that reads: 'I hunt Antifa cowards.' Four people were treated for injuries related to assaults but no arrests were made.
A fight occurred between members of the far-right group the Proud Boys and protesters. "Here's a message from a Queens boy to the so-called "proud boys" - NY has zero tolerance for your BS".
Following the speech at the club, a longtime gathering place for Republicans, more than a dozen members of the Proud Boys reportedly roamed the streets and clashed with counter-protesters.
"This is an act of political violence done by cowards in the middle of the night", said New York Republican Party Chairman Ed Cox.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio called for members of the public to come forward with any relevant information about the incidents and vowed to clamp down on hate crimes.
The Republican club was vandalized ahead of Friday's speech by McInnes, who is also a co-founder of Vice Media.
But those protesting the polarizing speaker apparently committed vandalism hours earlier, spray-painting anarchy symbols on the club doors, damaging locks and breaking windows. A note left at the scene claimed that the damage was "just the beginning".
