New Jersey health officials say tests have confirmed a 19th patient has been infected in a viral outbreak at a pediatric rehabilitation centre that has killed seven people.
The child died at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Passaic County late Saturday.
There have been 25 total cases of the virus at the facility.
According to health officials, the child had a confirmed case of adenovirus and became ill before October 22. The department can not confirm that the death of an individual who died Friday afternoon was related to the outbreak, officials said.
Each of those who became ill had "severely compromised immune systems" before they got sick, and ranged in age from toddlers to young adults.
The facility is still not admitting any new patients and won't until the outbreak is over.

The agency says the most recent individual became sick on or before October 22, which remains the last day when a patient showed new symptoms.
"We are working every day to ensure all infection control protocols are continuously followed and closely monitoring the situation at the facility", he said. The strain of adenovirus in the outbreak is linked to "communal living arrangements" and can be especially risky to people with weakened immune systems. The child had become ill before October 22, according to officials.
Health Commissioner Dr. Shereef Elnahal said in a statement Monday the teams will assess infection prevention practices and deploy beginning in November.
All nine were in the pediatric unit of the Wanaque Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Haskell, Passaic County.
The infection can cause other illnesses, including pneumonia, diarrhea and bronchitis, the department said.
The state health department has sent a team of investigators to the facility to determine the cause of the outbreak.
The Wanaque Center has established a hotline for people who have been affected, and are also offering grief counseling.
