That video was titled "How to prevent liberalism". Under YouTube policies, if you get three strikes within a three-month period, your channel is removed. And a third strike within the 90 days would lead to Jones' YouTube account being deleted entirely.
After the site removed Jones's video, titled "David Hogg Can't Remember His Lines In TV Interview", he begged Hogg, a survivor who he had accused of being a crisis actor, to come on his show.
A spokesperson for YouTube, who asked not to be named citing security concerns, declined to comment directly about the Jones videos.
"We have long-standing policies against child endangerment and hate speech", YouTube said in a statement to Variety. "We apply our policies consistently according to the content in the videos, regardless of the speaker or the channel".

In videos posted Tuesday on YouTube and Facebook, Jones called Robert Mueller, the special counsel who is investigating the Trump campaign's ties to Russian Federation, a pedophile and threatened to shoot him. Jones compared the creators of the series to Satanists, criticized them for appealing to children, and warned of divine judgement.
In the videos, the host of the channel, Alex Jones, criticises Muslim immigrants to Europe and also denounces a transgender cartoon.
Since founding Infowars in 1999, Jones has built a vast audience.
He has been widely criticised for repeating theories that the 9/11 attacks were staged by the U.S. government. Embedded over one of the Alex Jones videos that are now banned on YouTube is a warning from Facebook. Jones has 2.4 million viewers on YouTube and many have called on the tech giant to censor his controversial and conspiratorial content.
Nearly half were deleted within two hours of being uploaded, and 70 per cent were taken down within eight hours. YouTube eventually took down the video, but it remains on Facebook, as the company claims it doesn't violate its rules.
