A Texas woman was arrested and accused of biting off a large piece of an acquaintances nose and then swallowing it. Jessica Collins, 41, is charged with assault-bodily injury.
After spending Wednesday evening at a local bar, the three women returned to the victim's home, where Collins-seeking to keep the party going-asked her host for booze and cigarettes.
Afterward, the women went to Tatiana's home near Houston, where Collins demanded more booze and cigarettes, the station reported.
When she asked the two of them to leave her property, she said the assailant jumped on her. The victim says Collins assaulted her, biting off part of her nose and swallowing it.
The victim stated that all she can remember about the incident is "the taste of blood in my mouth".
The victim said she did not know she had been badly injured until she was on her way to hospital.

Tatiana now faces a race against time, as the skin on her nose will begin to heal within the next fortnight, making reconstructive surgery more hard.

While in the hospital, doctors informed the victim she would need reconstructive plastic surgery in order to fix her face. Nearly $2,000 has been raised out of a $12,000 goal.
