According to CNN, Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's former lawyer, is prepared to testify that Trump knew about a meeting between his son, son-in-law, campaign chairman and a Russian lawyer in June 2016.
Allen Weisselberg, financial chief and executive vice president of Trump's business, has been summoned to speak with the grand jury in the federal criminal investigation of Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, who released the tape on Tuesday.
During that meeting, the Russians revealed they had dirt of Hillary Clinton's campaign.
"He's been lying all week, he's been lying for years", Giuliani said.

Cohen did not immediately respond to a request for comment. CNN, citing sources, reported Cohen didn't have proof that the president had foreknowledge of the meeting.
Trump already stands accused of having paid off Daniels, and in tapes published by the New York Times, Trump and Cohen are on record discussing making payments to former Playboy model Karen McDougal.
