Although it is unknown what Bugatti did to the Chiron to turn it into the Divo, but words such as "lightweight and agility, higher downforce and greater g-forces" have also been used in the short press release. The Divo is the next step in Bugatti's continuing history of building the most covetable vehicles on the planet. Despite the focus on on-track performance, the auto will still be street-legal.
Bugatti's mention of its heritage in coachbuilding also points toward this new model sharing its basic chassis and powertrain with the Chiron.
