TPC Twin Cities in Blaine will play host to the FedEx Cup event running July 1-7.
The PGA TOUR, on behalf of the International Federation of PGA Tours, announced in April that Memphis' hometown event will take on a new identity as the World Golf Championships-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, beginning with the 2018-19 PGA TOUR Season. It also marks the return of a premier PGA Tour event to MI for the first time since the Buick Open wrapped up in Grand Blanc in 2009.
The Houston Open, which had been played the week before the Masters, is moving to the fall in 2019.
The three playoff events are The Northern Trust at Liberty National in New Jersey; the BMW Championship at Medinah outside Chicago; and the Tour Championship, which will be August 22-25 at East Lake in Atlanta.

"We are extremely pleased with the way the schedule has come together, particularly with the number of changes that were involved and the strength of the partnerships required to achieve this new look", Monahan said in a statement.
Still to be determined is whether the PGA Tour will change the structure for the FedEx Cup, and how this new schedule will work in 2020 when the Olympics are in Japan from July 24 to August 9.
The other three majors will remain in their traditional spots on the PGA Tour schedule. Then there is considerable change from past years. Puerto Rico is slotted for February 18-24, the same week as the WGC-Mexico Championship. It will be followed by the 3M Open in Minnesota and the John Deere Classic.
Meanwhile, The Players Championship, which once occupied the month of May, will be played March 11-17, 2019. The Dallas and Fort Worth tournaments are split by the PGA Championship, which will be played at Bethpage Black (May 16-19) as part of its new May date.
The 46 events include four tournaments held opposite World Golf Championships, and one event opposite the British Open.
The two tours announced a season-long competition with Aon on Monday.При любом использовании материалов сайта и дочерних проектов, гиперссылка на обязательна.
