Engulfed in an ongoing legal battle with the US President and his long-time lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, the adult-film star has managed to find time to create her own fragrance. Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti slammed Giuliani as an "absolute pig".
The lawsuit alleges Davidson breached his fiduciary duty to protect the interests of his client while accusing Cohen of "aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty". The White House and Cohen have denied the affair ever occurred.
For more than five months now, Daniels has been involved in the legal investigation of Trump and his long-time lawyer, about the alleged payment Cohen made to her for $130,000, before the 2016 presidential election, to keep quiet about her 2006 affair with the President.
According to text messages between Davidson and Cohen published in the suit, Cohen told Davidson on the same day that In Touch Magazine published an old interview with Daniels that "I have her tentatively scheduled for Hannity tonight", referring to a potential interview between Hannity and Daniels.
Davidson responded that Daniels would be unable to make the appearance due to a flight to Los Angeles.

N Korea's Kim turns from threats to hugs in diplomatic drive

"As alleged herein, in or about January of 2018, Defendants discussed and attempted to arrange at least one media appearance on Mr. Hannity's Fox News show, the objective of which was not to allow Ms. Clifford to truthfully tell her story, but for her appearance to benefit Mr. Trump by controlling the media coverage resulting from an InTouch magazine article that had just been released", today's complaint said.
After about 2 hours, Cohen texted Davidson to inform him a group of "wise men" - which the suit alleges included Trump - decided not to have Daniels appear on the program. Twenty minutes later, Cohen writes, "Keith, the wise men all believe the story is dying and don't think it's smart for her to do any interviews".
Davidson then affirmed the decision to which Cohen replied, "Thanks pal".
"Attorney Davidson is very happy that he has filed this lawsuit because he strongly believes that the filing constitutes a full and complete waiver of the attorney-client privilege", added Wedge.
