John Beilein is returning to the University of MI.
On Friday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that MI men's basketball coach John Beilein was interviewed for the Detroit Pistons coaching job.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Beilein wrote: "I love the University of MI and I am excited about coaching our Men's Basketball Team next season and in the years to come!"
Retaining Beilein is a massive victory for a MI program that has ascended into the Big Ten's upper tier under his leadership.
