It's thought that Khloe is determined to make her relationship with Tristan work, and the National Basketball Association player is reportedly moving from Cleveland, Ohio to LA where his girlfriend is based.

It's believed she has lost 30 pounds in the weeks since giving birth and is in the midst of returning to an tweaked version of her normal exercise routine to be more gentle on her body.
"Have a piece of fruit with a handful of almonds", she says.
