Michael Cohen, who was President Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer, is likely preparing to cooperate with federal prosecutors once he is dropped by the law firm that has been representing him, ABC News reports.
Jones reported last week that of the first 300,000 items reviewed, she had determined that just 162 of them were covered by attorney-client privilege.
Cohen's cooperation would not be welcome news for Trump, his family and others in his inner circle as Cohen has handled some of the commander-in-chief's most sensitive matters, including the $130,000 paid to porn queen Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about her alleged one-night stand with Trump in 2006.

The firm's spokesperson did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Federal prosecutors in NY have publicly said they are investigating alleged fraud in Cohen's business dealings, but haven't disclosed details. Cohen will soon be parting from the lawyers who are representing him in a potentially damaging and wide-ranging federal investigation into his business dealings, according to two people familiar with the case, the New York Times reported on Wednesday.
"Trump should be super anxious about Michael Cohen [flipping]", a former White House official said, noting, "If anyone can blow up Trump, it's him".
Trump has repeatedly said there was no collusion, and Russian Federation has denied interference.
