Barr's tweet likening Jarrett to a cross between the Muslim Brotherhood and a "Planet of the Apes" actor sparked nationwide criticism and prompted ABC to cancel its reboot of the comedy show "Roseanne".
As Radar has reported, the disgraced comedian's former co-stars are busy discussing saving the show.
On Tuesday, Barr was sacked and her number-one show abruptly canceled over a racist tweet where Barr compared former-Obama White House aide Valerie Jarrett, a black woman, to an ape. According to Deadline, "Roseanne" executive producers Tom Werner and Sara Gilbert, who plays Darlene Conner on the series, will meet about possible ideas to continue the show without its main star.
Through all of this, fans of the sitcom have done what they always do when a show they love gets the ax: they hold out hope that it'll get picked up by another network.
