The Trump administration's surgeon general, Jerome Adams, intervened on board a Delta Airlines flight Wednesday from Atlanta to Jackson, Miss., to help a passenger having a medical emergency.
"Why yes - yes there was", he recounted in the tweet.
It was not immediately clear what situation Adams was referring to and what happened on the flight.

The surgeon general has little power beyond the ability to call attention to serious public health problems and offer information and policy suggestions.
The surgeon general oversees the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, a group of more than 6,700 uniformed officer public health professionals. He previously served as Indiana State Health Commissioner from 2014 to 2017.
After his visit to UMMC, Dr. Adams will visit the Harbor House Chemical Dependency Services in Byram to meet with staff who work daily to combat the opioid epidemic and residents of the facility who are there seeking help for addiction.
