The man is said to have climbed through her bedroom window and assaulted the young girl before leaving.
A hooded predator who climbed through a second-storey window and into an eight-year-old girl's bedroom allegedly used "repulsive words" to gain her trust before indecently assaulting her.
The lady was not bodily injured and ran to her mom proper after the horrifying incident who then instantly contacted police.
NSW Police superintendent Karen McCarthy described it as a "rare but obviously serious incident".
The footage later shows the man climbing out the same window and shutting it behind him, before jumping over the fence and fleeing. "The description that we have is that it is a British or Australian accent", she said.

Officers are urging anyone with information or that recognises the man in the vision to contact police immediately.
